What began in November 1854 as an entertaining ‘Winter Orchestra’ is, nowadays, one of Germany’s leading musical companies. From Johann Strauss to Johannes Brahms, Wilhelm Furtwängler and Benjamin Gigli, Placido Domingo and Flamenco star Nina Corti – all have performed with the Baden-Baden Philharmonic and all with tremendous success.
Classic summer 2023
In summer, the Philharmonie transforms the wonderful nature of Baden-Baden into a sounding garden. They create stages in the most beautiful places, enchant natural beauty with symphonic sounds, and create places of well-being in the open air.
The highlight will of course be the Park Night on 29 July - for the first time with a dance-filled music programme and a brilliant 360-degree sound system around the stage. Have fun!

Together with the Baden-Baden Philharmonic Orchestra, Baden-Baden Events is once again organising the popular Philharmonic Park Night in Lichtentaler Allee. The motto of this year's Philharmonic Park Night is "I want to dance!".
What with their international tours to places such as China and Dubai, their numerous CD recordings, the opera projects and the special performances – the list of their achievements is endless. Need we say more about their exceptional musical skills?
